This personal information will be collected when you make a booking or a payment online. This will always be in accordance with the data security mechanism detailed in this Privacy Statement.

Use of Information

Key Skills Institute Australia may use the information provided by you for several purposes: to fulfill your request for course bookings, to keep you up to date on the latest announcements, special offers, competition entries or other information to assist us in providing you with your requested service or information. As mentioned above, the information you provide us may be used to identify you when you make an online booking or when you make a payment online. When electing to enter into an ongoing payment plan, we will store your credit card information so that it can be used for recurring payments. 

Key Skills Institute Australia will not send unsolicited emails, nor will we divulge your information to a third party. We will not use stored credit card details inappropriately nor will we divulge that information to a third party.

Your personal information is never shared.  Your information is stored on secure servers that have limited, secure access.

Credit card numbers are used only for processing payment and are not used for any other purposes. Key Skills Institute Australia utilise a system that provides us all an extra level of security to protect against credit card fraud and to protect your financial information.

Children and Privacy

Key Skills Institute Australia does not target and is not intended to attract children under the age of 18 and does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 18 or send them requests for personal information.
