Keys Skills Institute Australia present a range of opportunities for which fees are applicable.
As follows please find our terms and conditions:
- All payments to be made via Credit Card via Paymate, or EFT paid directly to our bank account.
Cheques are accepted; however confirmation of your booking cannot be given until the cheque has cleared (5 business days plus postage time).

- Return/Refund Policy:
All course/session fee payments are non-refundable
- Workshops and Seminars: A minimum of two (2) weeks' notice is required (to booking@keyskillsia.com.au) prior to the commencement of any workshop or seminar, should you not be able to attend as booked. At this time you may opt to transfer to another course or course date. Booking can be changed no more than two times and credit must be used within twelve (12) months from date of original booking. Refunds cannot be issued
- Coaching Sessions: Payment in full is required unless notice of a minimum of 48 hours prior to appointment is provided
- Notice Of Inability To Attend: Please advise via email to booking@keyskillsia.com.au of your inability to attend a pre-booked session, course, workshop, seminar or presentation.
