Lynne, your approach to this subject is so effective, and yet so simple – when you know how! I cannot believe the difference it has made to the attitude of our staff members. Where they used to be resistant to change, were very guarded and did not interact with one another, unless necessary, they have become open and interactive and more importantly, there is an air of cooperation that was absent previously. Productivity has improved as staff members become more aware of one another, form closer bonds and develop a trust of one another.
